Deputies Arrest Man Allegedly Found Naked On Roof
SYKESVILLE, Md. (AP) -- The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a man after they say officers found him naked on the roof of a Sykesville home he had allegedly broken into.
Twenty-two-year-old Michael Jay Woglom of New Jersey has been charged with burglary, indecent exposure and other offenses.
Deputies say Woglom had attended a party at a friend's house and left about 4 a.m. Friday. Police say he apparently thought he was at the friend's house and had been locked out when he broke a sliding glass door at another residence.
Authorities say the residents heard loud noises, called police and barricaded themselves in a closet.
Deputies arrived at the home and police say they found Woglom naked on the roof.
