Del. Man Sentenced For Robbing Md. Pharmacy
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Delaware man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for robbing a pharmacy and shooting a gun when fleeing.
David Lee Dingess, 27, of Middletown, Del., was sentenced on Wednesday.
According to his guilty plea, Dingess entered the Millington Pharmacy in Millington on May 20, 2010. He pointed a loaded firearm at employees and demanded oxycodone.
He was given the drug and ran away. Two employees chased him, and Dingess fired his gun before getting into a car and driving away.
