Dave Trembley's last day is ...

The question of firing Dave Trembley isn't so much "if" but "when" ... and the Birds schedule will tell you what you need to know.  After a brutal opening to the season in the first 35 game mostly against the Yankees, Red Sox, Rays, and Twins, the Orioles were supposed to get healthy in May.  So far that hasn't happened.  As they finish up this stretch of games against the Nationals, A's and Blue Jays (all teams that were supposed to be worse than the Birds), they begin another murderous stretch in June against the Yankees, Red Sox, New York Mets, San Francisco Giants, and San Diego Padres, who are in first place!  I don't think he gets put through that again ...

With an off-day on Monday, May 31st -- which happens to be Memorial Day -- it happens that day or the night before.  So while we are all remembering the lost on this Memorial Day, you might be able to add the Birds skipper to the list of the fallen.  Just a prediction ...
