Critically Missing Man In Annapolis
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Annapolis Police are searching for a missing critical person.
Police said Richard O'Connor, 63, was last seen on July 9 in the 1900 block of Vincent Street.
O'Connor was described as a white man, with balding grey hair and hazel eyes.
