Crisfield Man Charged With Rape
CRISFIELD, Md. (AP) -- Crisfield police have charged a 45-year-old man with rape and numerous other offenses after a woman was attacked in her home.
Willie Mcclendon of Crisfield was arrested Wednesday. He is being held without bail.
Police tell WBOC that early Tuesday Mcclendon entered the victim's home, whom he knows, and raped and beat her. She was treated and released at a Salisbury hospital.
