Cover Explodes Off Manhole, Shuts Off Power In North Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A cover explodes off a manhole in North Baltimore, causing power outages.
It happened just before noon at the intersection of Cold Spring Lane and Roland Avenue.
Traffic signals in the area went out as a result and about 1800 customers lost power.
No injuries are reported.
