BALTIMORE (AP) -- Comedy Central's new show "Drunk History" is paying a visit to Baltimore.
The Maryland Historical Society says the show will be taping Thursday night at Mother's Grille in Federal Hill. The organization says the show is bringing the state's history to a new, young audience in a humorous way.
The public is invited to participate in the taping. It's scheduled to run from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
"Drunk History" is a weekly half-hour series that tells American history through reenactments presented by drunken storytellers. Host Derek Waters is a comedian and a Baltimore native.
