City Police Release Surveillance Photos In Recent Greenmount Avenue Shooting Spree
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- After a string of shootings last month in east Baltimore that left two teens dead, police are releasing new surveillance photos of the crime.

Police are looking for a group of suspects responsible for a triple shooting last month on Greenmount Avenue, an area recently overcome by violence.
November 20, just before 8 p.m., gunfire rang out in the 2700-block of Greenmount Avenue. Police found three people shot, including a 16-year-old boy who would later die at the hospital.
"I know there's a lot of stuff out here. My grandkids can't come out to play," said Keith Carr.
Just released surveillance pictures of the triple shooting show a brazen attack by a group of gunmen. Arms extended, they walked through traffic toward their victims and open fire.
"We believe people were out walking in the area, driving in the area," said Detective Jeremy Silbert. "We want the community to look at photos. We know the quality is not great. We hope someone will recognize them or it will jog someone's memory."
But this triple shooting was only part of a string of shootings along Greenmount Avenue last month.
"My daughter says she wants to move out of the neighborhood," said Carr.
Neighbor Keith Carr has watched violence turn the Greenmount corridor of Baltimore into a war zone. In November alone, eight people were shot. Several of the victims were teens, two of which died.
"You gotta watch what you do and be careful because it's getting real dangerous. People are dying every day over senseless stuff," said Rakeem Rose.
Police commissioner Anthony Batts has said some of the crimes are gang-related. That's also why some feel it may be hard for witnesses to come forward.
"I doubt if they're really willing to do things like that because of fear for their life," said Carr.
Police are asking anyone who may have information on this triple shooting to call them.
The other two men injured in the shooting are expected to make full recoveries.
