Police Searching For Vandals After '666' Sprayed On Church Marquee
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Howard County Police Department is investigating after "666" was spray painted on a marquee at a historic African American church.
The vandalism was at Locust United Methodist Church, a church in Columbia that was built in 1869, sometime overnight Thursday.
"666" was spray painted in red on the church's marquee.
A community prayer meeting is being held Sunday, May 21, at noon, to "celebrate their faith and connection with other faith communities."
