Chris Knoche Recaps Maryland's Inaugural Season In The Big Ten
Chris Knoche of the Maryland Terrapins broadcast team joined the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to recap the Terps first season in the Big Ten, which many consider a successful season considering where the team was projected to finish. Maryland's season came to a screeching halt with a loss in the Round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament, Chris talked about what it's like for a teams year to come to an end. 'The reality is that there are 342 Division Basketball teams, and 341 of them experience pretty much the same thing. That's why you have to really be respectful of when you do get to this point. You think about the Terps next year, and in my way of thinking they could be demonstrably better and not necessarily be in the position where they are ten minutes away from a trip to the Sweet 16. So you know things happen and circumstances change, but you really have to really respect the opportunities you get when they're given too you."
