Cash Reward Increased To $10,000 For Harford County Bank Robbery Leads
STREET, Md. (WJZ)— Metro Crime Stoppers has increased the reward offer to up to $10,000 for any tips that lead to an arrest and conviction of suspects involved in The National Bank of Rising Sun robbery.
Two suspects robbed the bank's Conowingo Road location on Nov. 10 at around 8:20 a.m.
The first suspect is described as 5'-7" to 5'-8" tall with blue eyes and the second suspect approximately 5'-11" tall. Both suspects were believed to be males and thin in build. They wore dark colored form fitting shirts and dark pants. They carried a black canvas tote with wooden handles (carpentry style in nature). The suspects confronted the opening teller with a knife, demanded money and forced the teller to hand over an undisclosed amount of currency. The teller did receive a minor injury as the result of the robbery. Both suspects fled the scene on foot running to the rear of the bank.
