Car Leaves I-695 & Lands In Pond
TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Authorities are investigating after a car veered off the Baltimore Beltway and into a stormwater retention pond.
Captain Mike Perry reports it happened just before noon Monday on the Outer Loop of the Beltway near the York Road exit.
The driver did get out of the vehicle. There's no word on how serious the injuries are.
There are delays on I-695.
