BWI Sets Passenger Traffic Record In May
LINTHICUM, Md. (AP) -- Passenger traffic at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport has set another record.
Gov. Martin O'Malley said Wednesday that 2,078,548 passengers traveled through BWI in May. That is an increase of 6.8 percent over May 2010 and is an all-time May record.
The airport has set monthly passenger records in 12 of the past 13 months.
