Brian Cashman Is Fed Up With Alex Rodriguez
Ken Singleton who commentates the New York Yankees for the YES Network joined The Vinny and Rob Show on 105-7 THE FAN to talk about the Yankees General Manager, Brian Cashman's exploits about Alex Rodriguez.

During an interview last night Brian Cashman lashed out about Alex Rodriguez and his tweets. At almost 7:30 last night A-Rod tweeted this "Visit from Dr. Kelly over the weekend, who gave me the best news - the green light to play games again!" When Cashman was asked about the tweet in a post game press conference he responded with "You know what, when the Yankees want to announce something, [we will]," Cashman told Andrew Marchand of ESPN New York. "Alex should just shut the f--- up. That's it. I'm going to call Alex now."
The doctor A-Rod referred to is not in fact a Yankees doctor and according to Cashman he has not been cleared to play by their team doctors. While not only is there drama in the Yankee club house there is also drama surrounding A-Rod throughout the MLB.
The ongoing investigation with a Miami Bio-genesis clinic could have Bud Selig suspending Rodriguez before he really gets a chance to come back to this season. Whether or not he does play in 2013 is up to his health and Selig but his teammates say they need him. According Singleton, Robinson Cano expressed their need for A-Rod back in the line up. Currently the void at third base is being filled by rookie David Adams who started hot but has fell silent as of late. Adams has gone one for his last twenty-four and is currently batting .185.
Singleton expressed that A-Rod is extremely eager to play. Following a horrific postseason and a very invasive hip surgery, he wants to prove his worth.
