Man Inspecting Car Struck & Killed By Drunk Driver On I-95
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A man is hit and killed after his car breaks down on I-95, and police say a drunk driver is to blame.
Sky Eye Chopper 13 was over the scene late Thursday morning near the Fort McHenry Tunnel.
Investigators say the victim was checking on his car after it broke down when another vehicle hit him and sped off.
The driver was caught about three miles later.
No word yet on what charges will be filed.
