BPD Searching For Missing 67-Year-Old Vulnerable Adult
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police are asking for your help in locating a missing 67-year-old vulnerable adult from Baltimore.
Ernest Carter was last seen around 3 p.m. in the 4700 block of Shamrock Ave. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, yellow shirt with multi color stripes, brown pants and white sneakers.
Anyone with information is asked to call police immediately.
