BPD Asking For Public's Help In Locating Missing 30-Year-Old Woman
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City Police are asking for your help in locating a missing 30-year-old woman.
Tecoy Armstrong was last seen on July 2, 2019, in the 1800 block of N. Bond Street.
She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue shorts. Investigators are concerned that she may harm herself.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Armstrong is asked to call 911.
