BLOG: Wow!!
Boy I was wrong. Let me clarify for a minute. On Friday, I picked the Baltimore Ravens to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-20. My rationale was that the Steelers were a better team but because the game was in Baltimore, the Ravens could and would steal it. The Ravens proved me and a lot of doubters wrong yesterday. Joe Flacco looked as good as I've ever seen him. Calm and cool in the pocket. Surveying the field and seemingly making all the right decisions against the vaunted Steelers defense. Ray Rice was a stud both rushing and receiving the football. Terrell Suggs was completely unblockable at times and, Ed Reed was well...Ed Reed. I cant wait to hit the airwaves today to hear the excitement in Baltimore because today's a good day. Joe Flacco got the monkey off his back!!
