BLOG: World Series...Nothing Better
I'll keep this one short and sweet... Who you got?
I am pulling for the Texas Rangers but my gut tells me this is the year for the Cardinals. I keep going back and forth because I'd love to see Josh Hamilton, Ian Kinsler, Mike Napoli and of course Michael Young, who has played his entire career with the Rangers, all earn rings. Plus I'd hate to see another Molina win a championship. :)
Neither team has spectacular starting pitching but what they both have are potent lineups and effective bullpens. Not to mention, two of the best managers in the game, Ron Washington and Tony LaRussa.
It's a tough one... but I'm taking the Cards in six. No the Rangers in seven. Ahhh....
