BLOG: We Are (Still) Close!!
Stop me if you have heard this before, we are close to an agreement between the NFL owners and players. The players met yesterday and the owners are meeting today. We are hearing that votes from both sides could be taken today which will approve the agreement and move us closer to actual football. Just think free agency could actually start next week! We are that much closer to the finish line (I think), which means we can start thinking about Joe Flacco throwing touchdowns to Derrick Mason and Anquan Boldin. Just think, we can actually start to think about Ray Lewis dancing out of the tunnel on September 11th.
