BLOG: Conn's Friday 6-Pack Week 6
Winning week last week after going 0-6 two weeks ago. My record is 14-16 overall and 3-2 on my Conn-Crete lock...
Conn-Crete Lock... I'm taking the Giants -3 Vs Buffalo. I love the Giants at home here after getting embarrassed by the Seahawks. Bills defense leads the league in turnovers but i believe the giants will have a field day on the ground and through the air.
2.Dallas +7 vs New England... That Patriots defense cant stop a nose bleed. They have no answer for Dez Bryant or Jason Witten. The Patriots offense is tough to slow down, but Defensive Coordinator Rob Ryan shut them down with the Browns last year. Cowboys keep it within a touchdown.
3.Ravens -9 Vs Texans... I blogged last week after looking up the stats. Ravens are 8-1 after the bye week and they have have won those 8 games by an average of 14.6 points per game. I think the Ravens roll this Texans team, who just happens to be missing its best pass rusher and best offensive player.
4.Pittsburgh -12.5 Vs Jacksonville... Last time Jacksonville was on the road against a good defense they scored 3 points on a 54 yard field goal. I think the Steelers roll them, winning by more than 2 touchdowns. Too much Big Ben and Gabbert will struggle against this defense.
5.Detroit -4 Vs 49ers... To be honest I love my top 3 picks and would take any one of them as my lock. The rest of the card is very difficult. I think Lions get it done at home, but this feels like a 3 point game, but I'm gonna roll with the Lions at home.
6. Chicago/Minnesota under 41.5... I'm taking the under here because of the same reason I took the Bears under on Monday night. Two very good Defensive lines with solid running games. I also believe both teams will be punting a lot. The Vikings struggle to score and the Bears give up a ton of sacks.
