Baltimore City Police Officer Helps Injured Bird Near Visitors Center
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City Police protect and serve, and that doesn't apply to just people.
An officer on patrol near the Inner Harbor offered a helping hand to an injured bird. Someone reported the bird, so Officer Brandon Barnes went to investigate.
He found the bird in a grassy area near the visitors center. He picked him up and moved him to a safer spot before he flew off right from Officer Barne's hands.
