Baltimore Police Make 3 Arrests in February Shooting & Robbery Cases
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police have made three arrests for shooting and robbery cases that occurred in February.
Detectives have charged Greg Manuel, 19, with first-degree attempted murder for a non-fatal shooting incident that occurred in the 1800-block of North Caroline Street on Feb 22.
Detectives also announced the arrests of Louis Windsor, 23, for an armed street robbery which occurred on Feb 2 in the 2400-block of Washington Blvd and Kevin Fowlkes, 24, for the robbery of a co-worker, which took place on Feb. 24 in the 4100-block of W. Rogers Avenue.
