Baltimore Police Investigate Home Invasion
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police are investigating a home invasion in Northwest Baltimore.

Police are trying to determine whether this latest incident is connected to two others.
A tree-lined street in Northwest Baltimore is the latest crime scene in a series of home invasions.
"Individuals are impersonating police officers and going into homes and looking for cash and jewelry," said Anthony Guglielmi, Baltimore City Police.
Around 6 a.m. Tuesday, three suspects burst through the door of a home on Garrison Avenue.
"They went into the home, identified themselves as Baltimore police officers and bound and tied up their victims, took undisclosed amounts of cash," Guglielmi said.
They also snatched a Wii game system and other electronics.
"I think it's crazy. We need to have more security coming through the neighborhood," said one resident.
City police say one of two things could be happening here. Either all three home invasions are connected or this latest home invasion is a copycat crime.
"What's different about this one than the last two is the individuals involved in this one have badges. They had badges around their necks, T-shirts that indicated they were police officers," Guglielmi said.
The other home invasions were in Federal Hill and Northeast Baltimore. Three men impersonating police officers tied a couple up, then shot the man.
"We are enormously concerned about this. It's an egregious violation of the trust that individuals place in the police department and we are working very hard to try and catch them," Guglielmi said.
In this latest case, police say the suspects appear to be in their early 30s and were wearing blue latex gloves.
"If you are wanted on a traffic ticket, we are not going to break down your door and come and get you. We will find other ways to come to you," Guglielmi said.
The suspects were also wearing black T-shirts with "POLICE" written on the back in white letters and dark cargo pants.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
