Baltimore Museum, SCLC To Hold Mandela Tribute
BALTIMORE (AP) -- The National Great Blacks in Wax Museum in Baltimore and the local chapter of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference are planning a tribute to Nelson Mandela.
The organizations will host the event at the museum on Saturday. The former South African leader died last week at the age of 95.
A wax figure of Mandela and his ex-wife Madikizela-Mandela have been a part of the museum's collection since 1988. The museum was established in 1983.
