Baltimore Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Trafficking Of 4 Teen Girls
GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- Federal authorities say that a Baltimore man has pleaded guilty to sex trafficking that involved four teen girls.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland said in a statement Thursday that 26-year-old Sean Dean will be sentenced to 10 years in prison if a federal court accepts his plea.
Dean is scheduled for sentencing in February.
U.S. Attorney Robert K. Hur said that Dean "cruelly preyed on vulnerable girls in order to profit by selling them for sex."
Authorities said his minor victims ranged in age from 15 years old to 17 years old.
They said that Dean used social media and cell phones to recruit and monitor his victims.
