Baltimore Drivers Are The Worst Drivers In The Nation- Again, Allstate Ranking Finds
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore drivers are the worst- again.
For the second straight year, Allstate ranks Baltimore drivers last out of the nation's 200 largest cities.
The ranking is based on the average number of insurance claims per driver and an Allstate app that monitors driver behavior.
Drivers in Washington, D.C. are the second worst, while the best drivers hail from Brownsville, Texas.
