Baltimore County Police Capture Escaped Prisoner
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) -- Police have captured an escaped prisoner.
Vincent Avila somehow got out of his handcuffs, shackles and jumpsuit before leaping out of the back window of a police car in Towson.
He was wanted for a string of burglaries.
Officers found him after about two hours on the loose. He now faces additional charges.
