Baltimore County Man Charged With Stabbing Teen Son In Neck
HALETHORPE, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County police have charged a 50-year-old man with stabbing a boy in the neck in Halethorpe over the weekend.
Police were called to the home Saturday morning to find a 14-year-old boy in the front yard with a large stab wound to his neck. The victim told police his father had stabbed him in the neck after they went into the attic of the home to look at some knives.
Police say Charles Palmer of Halethorpe is charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, child abuse and other charges.
