Baltimore Co. Police Say Man Stabs Woman, Crashes Vehicle While Fleeing
OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County police say they are investigating a stabbing and related traffic accident in Owings Mills.
Police say they were called to the area of Owings Mills Boulevard and Gwynbrook Avenue, where they found a woman suffering from serious stab wounds just before 8 p.m. Thursday. Authorities say they then found several people who had been injured in a multi-vehicle crash at a nearby intersection.
Lt. Robert McCullough, a police spokesman, says an investigation determined that a man stabbed a woman near Gwynbrook Avenue and then fled in a car on Owings Mills Boulevard. Police say the man was then involved in car accident. He and the stabbing victim suffered life threatening injuries.
Four others involved in the traffic accident suffered non-life threatening injuries.
