Arrest Made In Baltimore Street Shooting
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A 24-year-old man is recovering after being shot in the face last month, while the suspect accused of trying to kill him is in custody.
Baltimore police said Tuesday evening that Kevin Myers, 20, was arrested Monday and charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault, and handgun offenses.
He's accused of a Jan. 25 shooting near the 2200-block of Pelham Avenue. The victim, whose name hasn't been released, was taken to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Police did not release a motive for the shooting or other details.
