Anne Arundel Co. Police Looking For Driver Involved In Fatal Hit-And-Run Accident
ODENTON, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Anne Arundel County are looking for the driver who fled the scene of a fatal hit-and-run accident.
Detectives say the suspect crashed into a woman's car while she was pulling out of a parking lot in Odenton. The driver then fled the scene on foot.
The victim was rushed to Shock Trauma, where she died a short time later.
Investigators say it's not clear if speeding or drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. They believe the car pulling out of the parking lot did not yield the right of way.
