Annapolis Woman Charged With Toddler Daughter's Death
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ)—A 25-year-old Annapolis woman is charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter Thursday.
Wednesday, a concerned citizen contacted Annapolis Police Department about 2-year-old Kassidey Capri Booth, whom the citizen had not seen in several days.
Detectives say Kassidey's mother, Chelsea Booth, killed her earlier this week and disposed of the body.
Chelsea Booth has been charged with first- and second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse resulting in death.
She is being held without bail at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
Officers are still investigating the homicide.
