Amber Alert Canceled For 1-Year-Old Boy
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Maryland State Police have canceled an Amber Alert for a missing 1-year-old boy.
According to police, Julio Cesar Arriaza was suspected of kidnapping his son, Cesar Steven Martinez, in the 7000-block of Nimitz Drive in District Heights.
Police say Martinez was located unharmed just before midnight Tuesday.
Police say Arriaza is in custody and charges are pending.
