Two-Vehicle Crash On Outer Loop Of Interstate 695 Snarls Traffic
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A crash reported along the outer loop of 1-695 in Baltimore County Thursday morning left traffic backed up for miles.
The crash happened just past exit 21 Stevenson Road southbound. All lanes were closed as crews cleaned up the crash site.
Two SUVs were involved in the crash. A pole was also down in the area.
From Chopper 13, traffic could be seen backed up for miles. One lane of traffic was moving via the emergency lane.
