Accident Shuts Down I-83 South At Northern Parkway
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A major setback for drivers coming home on the Jones Falls Expressway.
A tractor-trailer lost its load, snarling rush hour traffic.
All three lanes of I-83 South are shut down at Northern Parkway.
The delay is also spilling onto I-695, with heavy traffic all the way back to Dulaney Valley Road.
