AA County Police Investigating Robberies At 2 Ritchie Highway Businesses
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)— Anne Arundel County Police are investigating robberies that occurred at two Ritchie Highway businesses Monday night.
The first happened around 5 p.m. at a Metro PCS Wireless store located in the 5600-block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park.
Police say a man entered the business and announced a robbery, took an undetermined amount of money and fled. No weapon was implied or displayed and no one was injured during the incident.
The suspect was described as a white male in his 30s, approximately 6', with an average build and a beard, wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and a black ski mask.

Later that night at around 6 p.m., the Pasadena Service Center located in the 8300-block of Ritchie Highway in Pasadena was also robbed.
Responding officers learned that a male suspect entered the business and handed a note to an employee announcing a robbery. The suspect obtained an undetermined amount of money and fled on foot northbound along Ritchie Highway. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5'1" with a tattoo on his left hand, wearing a black hoodie under a black jacket and a bandana was covering his face.
