A Former Player's Perspective On Penn State
Former Penn State DB & WR and now current NFL Agent Rich Rosa joined The Norris & Davis Show to give his thoughts on the NCAA sanctions against the Nittany Lions football program.
Rosa believed the punishments handed down by the NCAA were too harsh and the NCAA had no business handing out those punishments in the first place.
"I just feel like the NCAA over-stepped their bounds. The NCAA, in my opinion had no know right to do what they did. They basically crippled a program for the next ten years and crushed the dreams of many young men," he said.
Rosa said he believes that the NCAA and Penn State should have taken more time before making a decision in regards to punishment.
"I think they rushed their judgment on this. I think they needed to take the time to evaluate the entire situation and maybe they could have come up with something else," he said.

"No, it doesn't change the way I feel about Joe. He was a tremendous man, he did a tremendous amount of good for a lot of good people," he said.
