A Couple Arrested In Dundalk Stabbing That Injured Man

DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ) -- A woman and her male companion were charged in Sunday's stabbing in Dundalk that left her alleged boyfriend wounded.

Baltimore County Police arrested 48-year-old Rex Edward Holiday of the Unit block of Allspice Court in Owings Mills and 25-year-old Taney Antoinette Faust of the 500 block of Main Street in Dundalk in the March 8 stabbing.

Police responded to the 500 block of Main Street at 4 p.m. Sunday and found a man suffering from stab wounds.

Faust told investigators she was the victim's girlfriend and that they were having domestic troubles. She told police she was driven to the victim's house by a "hack driver" to drop off their child, but that when she arrived she and the victim had an altercation and then the driver got involved and stabbed the victim.

Police identified Holiday as the other suspect. They also say Faust and Holiday were involved romantically. Faust helped Holiday avoid capture by sending him info, police said.

Holiday was charged with with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, and dangerous weapon with intent to injure. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Faust was charged with accessory after the fact and is being held on $1 million bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The stabbing is still under investigation.
