95 Shut Down After Fatal Accident
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- I-95 was shut down Monday evening after a fatal pedestrian accident.
Police say the accident occurred around 9 p.m. They say a man was walking on the side of the highway for an unknown reason.
According to police, it occurred on 95 before Caton Avenue.
