74-Year-Old Stabbed 9 Times
HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (WJZ) -- Police are investigating a stabbing in Havre de Grace.
According to police, a 74-year-old man was stabbed nine times by a 45-year-old woman around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
They say the woman was upset because she felt he was overcharging his son, who rents a portion of the house from his father, the stabbing victim. An altercation ensued and the son called police.
The man was stabbed in the head, neck and arms. He was taken to Bayview Medical Center, where he is expected to survive.
The woman is being detained.
