38-year-old man charged in West Baltimore homicide
BALTIMORE - Police arrested and charged 37-year-old Kenneth Mackay for a deadly shooting last month in West Baltimore.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima on October 9 in the 4100 block of Edmondson Avenue. After identifying the occupants of the car, Mackay was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 38-year-old Daniel Taylor.
Taylor was shot to death on Sept. 7 in the 1800 block of Presbury Street.
