3 Metro Green Line Stations Closed For Work
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Three Metro Green Line stations will be closed through the end of the day Monday for construction and maintenance.
There will also be a bus shuttle along the Orange Line in the Falls Church area.
WTOP reports that the Shaw, U Street and Columbia Heights stations will be closed for installing new track switches. Metro says customers on the northern end of the line might want to take the Red Line instead.
On the Orange Line, buses will be taking passengers between East Falls Church and West Falls Church stations to allow for construction on the Dulles rail extension.
Normal service on both lines resumes Tuesday.
