3 Charged In Drug-Related Killing Of Teen Brothers

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Police say one of three men suspected in the killings of two teenage brothers in Philadelphia last month raped two girls at a Maryland home where he fled after the shootings.

Philadelphia police say 28-year-old John Gonce, Terrence Seldon and Michael Holmes face charges in the July 24 killings of Christopher Malcolm, 17, and Rohan Bennett, 13.

The brothers were shot and killed after what investigators say was a drug deal involving the boys' parents.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports Gonce and Seldon are also suspected in a home invasion in nearby Upper Darby. Police there say Gonce was taken into custody in Baltimore County, where he's accused of raping two girls, ages 12 and 14.

Gonce is awaiting extradition from Maryland. The other two suspects are being held without bail on murder charges.
