2 Charged With Murder In June Slaying
SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County Police have charged two men with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of a Silver Spring man in June.
Thirty-two-year-old Jose Juan Torres-Benitez of an unconfirmed address, and 30-year-old Edgar Romero Ventura of Silver Spring were arrested Wednesday. They are being held without bond.
They are charged in the June 7 death of 25-year-old Felipe Armando Flores Giron. He was found injured in an alley on
University Avenue and later died at a local hospital.
