2 Charged In Year-Old Md. Slaying
BROOKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County police have charged two men in the shooting death of a Prince George's County man found shot to death in the driveway of a vacant Brookville farmhouse more than a year ago.
Alex Nando Roman, 18, was found shot to death in January 2010. His death was the county's first homicide of the year. Police charged Timothy Jackson, 20, of Montgomery Village and David James Wilson, 20, on Friday with first-degree murder.
Police say sources gave them details about Roman's slaying and identified Jackson and Wilson as suspects. They believe the motive behind the slaying was Wilson's belief that Roman was stealing from him.
Both men are currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Center.
