19 Arrested For DUI In Montgomery County Sweep
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Officials in Montgomery County arrested 19 people for driving under the influence on the night before Thanksgiving.
Law enforcement officials said the drivers were arrested Wednesday evening during their Operation Turkey Chase. Officials stopped vehicles at two different checkpoints to look for drunk drivers.
Officers also issued 138 traffic citations during the pre-Thanksgiving traffic stops.
