18-Year-Old Arrested For Stealing Copper Pipes
BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (WJZ)--An 18-year-old is arrested for stealing copper pipes in Brooklyn Park.
An officer on routine patrol spotted Alexander Davis Thomas carrying several pieces of copper pipe.
Further investigation revealed Thomas took the copper pipe from the 5200-block of 6th Street without permission.
Thomas was arrested and charged with theft under $1,000 and theft under $100.
