1 Victim Robbed, Shot In Rosedale
ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ)-- Police are investigating a robbery and shooting that left one victim wounded in Garden Village on Tuesday night.
At approximately 7 p.m. the male victim was walking in the area of St. Regis Road and Framingham Road when he was approached by multiple suspects. The suspects surrounded the victim and demanded the victims property. After taking the victim's cell phone and wallet, the suspects ran off.
One suspect then returned and demanded the victim's shoes. The victim refused and began to run away from the suspect. While running away, the victim was shot once in the lower portion of his body. He is recovering from non-life threatening injuries at a local area hospital.
