1 Person Killed In Washington County Crash
KNOXVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police say a driver was killed when his car left a Washington County road and hit a ditch.
Troopers say about 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, 43-year-old Roger D. Latham Jr. of Knoxville was traveling south on Rohrersville Road in Knoxville and lost control on a curve.
Police say Latham's car then struck a ditch. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident is under investigation.
